  • 1973

    Shimeng International Transportation Co., Ltd. started air cargo contracting business.

  • 1979

    Expanded service base to North America, transferred from Shimeng International Transportation Co., Ltd. to establish the first overseas wholly-owned subsidiary in New York.

  • 1980

    Established the Los Angeles branch and expanded its business base to the west coast of North America.

  • 1981

    Established Taichung branch to extend service base to Central Taiwan.

  • 1982

    Kaohsiung branch was established, and Taiwan's service network was improved.

  • 1985

    Established UT Logistics Service Ltd. (Brokerage) and invested in the customs logistics business.

  • 1987

    Established UT Freight Forwarders Co. Ltd. (Ocean Freight)

  • 1989

    The Hsinchu branch was established to serve the high-tech industries in and around the Hsinchu Science Park.

  • 1991
    • Became the designated Taiwan cooperative agent of SONY LOGISTICS CENTER.
    • Obtained the only designated freight agent for the European Air Freight Import and Export Materials with the Storage and Transportation Department of the Central Trust Bureau.
    • Strategic alliance with Sinotrans Corporation, UT Freight Services became the first freight contracting business in Taiwan to cooperate with Chinese state-owned enterprises.
  • 1993
    • The Hong Kong branch was established as a financial control center in the mainland and an operation center in southern China.
    • Established Shanghai branch, which is the operation center in East China.
  • 1999
    • The English name of cooperation was officially changed from "UNION TRANSPORTATION LTD." to "UT FREIGHT SERVICE LTD.".
    • Established the DOS version of the operating system of UT FREIGHT SERVICE and passed the verification of customs clearance of EDI and Y2K.
  • 2000

    Established Shenzhen Branch, the second operating base in South China.

  • 2001
    • Established Tianjin Branch, the first operating base in North China.
    • Established Qingdao Branch, the second operating base in North China.
  • 2004
    • UT Freight head office joined WCA Advanced Professionals organization.
    • Assisted the electronic operation of EI-AN ELECTRONIC DEVELOPMENT CO.,LTD export declaration documents and the electronic operation of the consignee's warehouse storage.
    • Joined WCA China Global organization, this organization is to lead China of international freight forwarders, and the world’s international freight forwarders, an important channel for establishing contact and cooperation.
  • 2005
    • Established Dalian Branch, the third operating base in North China.
    • The Beijing branch was established as an operation center in North China.
    • Established Xiamen Branch, the third operating base in South China.
    • Established Ningbo Branch, the third operating base in East China.

    Contracted SONY 31.5\" and 26\" TFT-LCD panel four charter flights (ANTONOV Airlines/VDA1648, Cargolux Airlines/CV7916, China Airlines/CI6405, China Airlines/CI6405).

    UT Freight Headquarters joined the WCA Project organization.

    • Joined C5C member, a global freight logistics alliance, with more than 300 members, distributed in 192 countries in the world.
    • Civil Aviation Dangerous Goods Transport Training Certificate Retraining Yin Lei/Feng Wuhua.

    Civil Aviation Dangerous Goods Transportation Training Certificate Retraining Zhang Yuchang/Yin Jianqing/Gu Qun.

    The Spanish branch of Osage Co., Ltd. Taiwan assisted the ZTE project to complete the Suhua to open the \"drill\" (DRILL MACHINERY) Inland transportation, delivery goods are super wide, super high, super long from the factory near Beiyi Highway to Keelung Bulk Shipyard .The first export is sent back to Spain (Tarragona, Spain).
