UT Freight, in cooperation with its Japanese partner, was commissioned by the Japanese government during the 2024 Lunar New Year period. They arranged for the transportation of 48 lanterns and related equipment from Japan to the site of the Taiwan Lantern Festival in Tainan via sea freight. These items participated in the exhibition, and personnel were deployed to assist with the setup and testing of the lanterns at the festival venue.

Upon the conclusion of the exhibition, all 48 lanterns were meticulously packed, containerized, and expedited through customs procedures for swift delivery back to Nagoya, Japan. The seamless execution of the entire transportation process, including shipping, Carnet customs clearance, setup, dismantling, packing, containerization, customs clearance again, and return transportation to Japan, demonstrated the professional logistics capabilities of UT Freight.

This achievement earned recognition and gratitude from the Japanese government, contributing to the friendly exchange between Taiwan and Japan.
